ABRAJ endeavors to maximize the number of Omani Nationals in its workforce. Human Resources focuses on the development of existing Omani Nationals in ABRAJ, together with ongoing efforts to recruit fresh graduated Nationals in various engineering, technical, vocational and administrative disciplines.

Drilling  Brief
  1. The core of any organization is its Human Resources. Over the years, ABRAJ HR has implemented many employee benefit programs and continuously benchmarks its services against the local industry and the region. ABRAJ HR aligns its objectives with the corporate vision, mission and strategic objectives and continuously improves its services.
  2. ABRAJ HR is staffed by a team of professionally trained recruiters who are able to match the competencies displayed by applicants with the most appropriate positions within the organization.
  3. This team is charged with coordinating the entire recruitment cycle and supporting departments in the hiring and on boarding of new employees. Human Resources Services will also provide local support for HR inquiries and general employment related requests required by faculty and staff on all campuses.
  4. The Training and Development function is dedicated to supporting and optimizing ABRAJ employee skills and performance through orientation, positive employee relations and outreach, events and activities, and management coaching via programs for our staff, supervisors, and leaders.
  5. This team has wide responsibility to support new compensation systems and processes, competitive salary positioning and policies, and to work to implement performance appraisal and development of new rewards structures.
